We asked Robert Bowers, VP of Engineering – Hardscapes at the Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association (CMHA), to set the record straight on six of the most common paver myths.

A few things that might surprise you:
✔️ Concrete pavers are typically 2–3x stronger than a standard poured slab
✔️ If something shifts, pavers can be lifted and reset, with no mismatched patches
✔️ Permeable pavers are designed to let rainwater soak through instead of running off
