⭐ A Google review that means a lot to our team ⭐

“Our new porch was completed in just one week, and we couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship.”

Thank you to our customer for taking the time to share this. Ian and Brian rebuilt the porch from the footings up, and Steve and Tyler finished the project by rebuilding the stone steps Steve’s father had built many years ago. That family connection made this job especially meaningful.

We’re proud of the whole team, including everyone in the office who helped keep the project on schedule and communication clear. Thank you for trusting Sprague Construction with your home!

Before: Beige.
After: Beast Mode.

Nothing like a little shiplap and stone to wake up a tired bathroom.

“Stone by stone, Wilmington’s getting a facelift.”

We’re proud to be part of the town’s ongoing improvements — building these dry‑laid walls along Route 9 with Vermont stone and a lot of patience.

It’s the kind of work that blends old‑school skill with modern infrastructure.

If you’ve driven through lately, you’ve probably seen the progress — and maybe a few of us covered in dust.

Sprague Construction — keeping it solid in the Valley.

Shower Storage Upgrade🛁 Planning a bathroom remodel? Say goodbye to rusty corner caddies and tripping over shampoo bottles. A built-in shower niche is the ultimate way to get that sleek, luxury hotel vibe while saving precious elbow room. But if you want to master the design, stack two niches on top of each other. Instead of cramming tall pumps next to tiny soap bars, a double niche gives you perfect organization. It is also the perfect "his and hers" setup to keep your products completely separate.
