I built this with customer provided block! Built a LARGE koi pond for a customer! (8' x 15') The glass is in and also the liner and filtration system! I reinforced the block with rebar, concrete and stone! The customer filled with water,
but I haven't been back to see it filled since I've done this month ago! Everything turned out great! I've also did tiles on the exterior of the pond!

Full deck view! It will finally be complete tomorrow!!! I drew up the blueprint/ layout! I had labors help with the footers, but I built everything else by myself. 💪🏾 on to the next!!!

I painted the walls and ceiling and replaced the shower head!

This was a 2'x2' access panel I installed in the ceiling, under the bathroom tub. I had to replace the tub drain and the customer agreed to adding an access panel to make it easier for me and for future repairs.

PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER! The customer already had materials there he wanted me to use so I worked with what he had! Then, I ultimately bought new material to finish the project! The existing materials he had were used to a bare minimum.

Tore almost everything down at this point! This canopy was out of square due to the concrete that was poured by another contractor some time before I came for the estimate. The customer wanted me to save some posts and lumber to reuse, So I did, but to the bare minimum. Some posts were replaced but not all.
