I'm a remodeling contractor I specialize in custom bathrooms.

This side bathroom was difficult because I only had one chance to get the shower drain right. I had to adjust the drain so the shower base could fit perfectly with no leaks 😊 i must measure it 5 time before I poured the concrete i knew the concrete lose a 1/2-1/4 of inch of hight so I sprayed big gulp insulation underneath the shower base to seal all bounce in the shower base all awhile the measurements still had to perfectly so when put the shower base on it fit and it all worked out. I stated that because most don't know how difficult that was to even do because if I would have gotten it wrong everything would have had to come out all the concrete and insulation.

This siding project was alot of surprises the one side of the house had about 2 1/2 square of wood damaged from the roof in the back i didn't think about taking pictures of it. The wall and 2x6 needed to be replaced insulation and drywall so it became to become a nice project. The owner had me there and decided to get all fixed while I was there.

I had fun working on this basement project, I started this project in 2 days after the demolition he called and said he needed a new hot water tank installed and then he realized his water lines was galvanized so this basement bathroom turn into a nice project for me. I like when customers trust my skills to do various jobs in there house.

This was a apartment kitchen a client purchased and need me to do what I do so well. He handed me the credit card and I remodeled the whole apartment this just the kitchen I will post more of the apartment. On this project there was alot of drywall work i don't mind skimming the drywall actually I'm pretty good at bringing the walls to life.

This was a attic living space and I demo the whole attic area and put subflooring down and this bathroom is part of the master bathroom of the rest of the living space.
