Days two and three at The Original Round Top Antiques Fair were a success, with so many finds we can’t wait to use in upcoming projects. And of course, we couldn’t miss the first day of Marburger Farm Antique Show opening.

Day one at The Original Round Top Antiques Fair with the design team. We went back to our favorite spots from last year and met new vendors we missed last time. Excited to share our day two finds!

Roundup from our Greatwater project, bathroom edition. When designing these, we wanted each one to have its own personality. Which one is your favorite?

I couldn’t share the Greatwater project without highlighting the kitchen. The hood is beautifully wrapped in tile and complemented by brass sconces. The island features deep-stained wood with marble countertops that match the marble backsplash running beneath the hood. The glass-front hutch adds a touch of softness to the overall character of the kitchen.

A glimpse into our cozy and inviting sitting room at our Greatwater project, the perfect gathering spot, feeling warm and layered.

When designing this little girl’s room for our Greatwater Project, our client wanted a dedicated space for the ultimate sleepover, one that felt like her own little world. We built the room around soft colors and cozy layers, centered on the twin daybeds. The arched doorway was designed to frame this fun little nook with a table set for two, but it’s the wallpapered ceiling and the warm sconce light that really make the whole room feel like a storybook.

Stepping into the primary suite at our Greatwater project. The details I keep coming back to: the four-poster bed frame and bedding layered with chunky knits—the bathroom with arched mirrors and a vintage rug over patterned tile. The same warm, collected textures continue from the bedroom straight into the bath.

Let’s take a look at the kitchen and dining room over at our West Terrace project. I’m still not over the details: the black cone pendants over the island, the brass faucet against the natural stone backsplash, and walls of glass that open the whole space to the scullery.

A few of my favorite rooms from the West Terrace project. What stands out is how the house flows as one: deep charcoal millwork, warm woods, and soft neutrals moving together. Nothing competes for attention.

A few weeks ago, our team got away to INNESS in Upstate New York. There is something about leaving the day-to-day behind and landing somewhere that immediately gives you ideas. Crisp air, good antiques, dinner at Stissing House , and a quiet that made you slow down and notice things.

More than the setting, it was the pause. Time to look around, take notes, and connect as a team away from the usual pace. Trips like this are a reminder of what the work is really about. Not just beautiful rooms, but how a place makes you feel, the story it tells, and the small details you remember long after you leave.
