Camp WeHaKee

Camp WeHaKee Where girls grow wild & wonderful ✨🌲 Since 1923, WeHaKee Camp for Girls has been a summer home to girls of all faiths and backgrounds.

In addition to girls from throughout the United States, we have campers attend from nations such as France, Russia, Mexico, Japan, Guatemala, Canada, Spain and Colombia. It is a diverse and welcoming environment where girls develop lifelong friendships with girls near and far! To create their own individualized program, WeHaKee campers choose from nearly 40 activities including horseback riding, water skiing & wake boarding, gymnastics, sailing & wind surfing, tennis, painting & pottery, swimming, camping & canoe trips, music, dance & drama, soccer & volleyball, photography, archery, arts & crafts, basketball, newspaper, biking and much more. Tackling two weeks phone free is scary, and we totally get that! But after years and years of watching girls completely forget they even left it behind, we can guarantee it is so worth it 🫶

We’re excited to announce that camp’s year-round team is growing!

Katy Harvill served this summer as the Counselor Director, and is promoted to year-round Assistant Director of Experience, working directly with staff, parents, and campers to support their camp experience.

Sasha Rice served this summer as the Logistics Director, and is promoted to year-round Assistant Director of Operations, ensuring all aspects of camp impact campers, staff, and parents in positive ways.

We believe that strong female leaders are critical to building and maintaining a sustainable camp community for generations to come. Katy and Sasha bring energy, determination, and a sense of community and togetherness to our team 💗
