You said you'd do the kitchen after the election.

Okay, it's after.

We know what you're worried about: a price that keeps climbing, a contractor who stops calling back, a job that never ends. So you get the price in writing before we start, a date you can plan around, and a text when anything changes.

Portland to Albany, message us and let's get yours on the calendar.

Ghost your ex, not your contractor! 👻

The only thing that should disappear during your remodel is that outdated kitchen or bathroom. 😂

No disappearing acts here. We believe in showing up, communicating with our clients and keeping them informed throughout the project.

Because getting ghosted is scary enough. You shouldn't have to deal with it during a renovation, too.

Happy Halloween from Build Well Northwest! 🎃

Work It Wednesday with the crew.

Not every jobsite moment is a big reveal. Sometimes it’s checking the details, making sure things are level, and getting the little things right before moving on to the next step.

Good work starts with the basics.

Cabinet measurements to building, this is how we do it!

A bathroom can look perfectly fine and still be frustrating to use every day.

Maybe the shower is outdated, there's never enough storage, the lighting isn't great, or the layout just doesn't make sense.

That's where a good remodel starts. Not with picking tile or paint colors, but figuring out what's actually bothering the homeowner.

Sometimes the solution is a better shower, more useful storage, improved lighting or simply making the space easier to move around in.

The goal isn't just a prettier bathroom. It's one that works better for the people using it every day.

Take a look at this before and after.

If you could change just ONE thing about your bathroom, what would it be?

Bathroom remodels don’t always mean changing everything. Sometimes it’s about fixing what isn’t working, making better use of the space and choosing finishes that won’t feel dated again in a few years. The before and after is the fun part.
There’s a whole lot of planning in between.
What’s one thing you’d change about your bathroom if you were remodeling it?

This is what a clean reset can do.

The bedroom at our Arrowood project started out dark, dated and pretty tired. Fresh paint, new carpet and a few updates completely changed how the room feels.

Nothing overly complicated. Just taking care of what needed to be done and giving the next homeowner a clean space they can make their own.

Sometimes you don't need to completely reinvent a room. You just need to know which changes will make the biggest difference.

What would be the first thing you'd change in the before photo?
