This homeowner decided to disguise her spray foamed underside. Add a little brown paint and voila!

No one knows about the spray foam (except for bugs and critters, of course).

Check out one of our favorite chalets - Repeat customers are the best. ❤️

Through the years, we have been called to:

✅ Supply & install brand new roof. We always include synthetic felt, plywood, ice & water shield in low valley areas, and drip edge. Top notch!

✅ Replace old gingerbread and body trim with new durable, square-edge fascia (good bye rot, insects & wood peckers 😉)

✅ Deck refresh! We changed out bad boards, replaced old handrail with powder-coated extruded aluminum. We power washed and stained with Benjamin Moore WoodLuxe solid stain.

✅ Remove sagging front porch. We re-designed (keeping in mind water shed and leaf build up) for a more modern approach.

✅ We painted with Benjamin Moore Premium exterior paint, taking great care with caulking all those seams to make it water-tight.

✅ Supply and install down LVP in lower level, and brand new carpeting. (Look closely and you’ll see our resident flooring expert, Joe, working his magic. He’s a pro!

😍This chalet is more than just a curbside beauty.

“It’s what’s on the inside that counts.” This lovely chalet was upgraded to a sharp, crisp, cozy retreat.

Unsightly, dusty nooks and crannies? 🧐 We use a little creativity & make them functional - no more wastes of space!

Let’s not forget that newly spray-foamed under carriage. It proudly repels rodents, critters, moisture, v***r, mold, and mildew!

👀 Who’s that we see?! 👀

We caught our very own American Oasis employee, Issa! He added a fancy new tool, named “Beast,” to his collection. You may see it on your next project!

Want to hear a secret? It’s hard to compete with the big-box stores and chains. (Yeah, we’re looking at you - Dollar General and Rural King 😒)

To help us fight the good fight - you can come in and special order those specialty tools - Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita… we’ll have them in stock within the week.

We will be competitively priced, and we can ALL sleep better - because we PERSONALLY appreciate your business.

Thanks, Issa (one of our favorites), for shopping local. We appreciate you!
