An empty store doesn’t look like much. But I know what happened inside those walls. The risks, the long days, the moments I wondered if I could keep doing this…and the reasons I did.

Closing that door felt heavier than I expected. You spend so much time working toward what’s next that you forget saying goodbye is part of getting there.

Thank you to everyone who walked through this door. I hope you’ll walk through the next one. 🖤

The last Toscano baby is officially a teenager today. And my heart is not ready.

Harper, our wild one. Bold, smart, beautiful, and never short on something to say. I love that fire in you, even when I’m on the receiving end of it.

You grew up in the store, right alongside me. I sometimes think I’ve spent more time with you than any of your siblings because wherever I was, there you were. My little sidekick through workdays, errands, design appointments, and all the ordinary moments that didn’t seem like much then but mean everything to me now.

I got so used to having little you around. And somehow, through all those days together, you grew up. You’d think having that much time with you would make me feel ready for this. It doesn’t. I still want more.

More of your little voice in the store. More of you tagging along. One more day when you were small enough to scoop up and carry.

I’m so proud of who you’re becoming, Harper. I just miss the little girl while she’s still standing right in front of me.

Happy 13th birthday, my totes ma goats. You’re the last baby I’ll raise, and I’m feeling every bit of that today. I love you. Keep being your wild, beautiful self… and come hug your mom a little longer today.

There’s still a remodel to finish, but every time I walk in here I get a little more excited. So yes, I’m dancing in an empty store.

Toscano Interiors is coming to Zephyrhills. And I’m fu***ng thrilled.

No sign. House somewhere in the woods. Me wondering where the hell I’m supposed to go.

Really hoping it’s not the one with the tree leaning on it.

And before anyone asks… no, I’m not driving my Beamer back there. I’ll negotiate for you. We’re walking this part.

This one was a JOURNEY.

Senita and her husband were moving from Ohio to Florida, and there was a point where it genuinely looked like they might be loading up their entire life and heading south without a home to move into.

And I knew exactly how scary that felt, because I’ve been the relocation buyer.

I know what it feels like to leave everything familiar behind, move your family to another state, and hope like hell you’re making the right decision. It’s exciting, but it’s also terrifying. Especially when the plan starts falling apart and suddenly you’re asking, “What the f**k are we going to do now?”

There were tears. There was stress. There was an impressive amount of swearing. There were moments where none of us knew exactly how this was going to come together.

But we kept going.

I kept problem-solving, kept looking, kept pushing through every new curveball until I finally got them HOME.

That’s probably why I have such a soft spot for relocation buyers. I know this isn’t just about buying a house. You’re moving your entire life. Your family. Your routines. Your sense of normal.

And when things get scary, you need someone who understands that and stays in it with you.

So when Senita sent me this review, it hit differently.

From Ohio to Florida. From almost not having a home to move into… to keys in hand.

That’s the s**t I’ll never get tired of.
