Think of a chainsaw like a chisel. If your chain is sharp, you should see wood chips like on the right. If you see dust like on the right, stop IMMEDIATELY. Your chain is too dull and you risk lean seizing your saw - that means cylinder & piston replacement.

🌱 Your trimmer line needs water, too!

Did you know you should soak your trimmer line in water before using it? It's not just the plants that needed water!

Trimmer line loses moisture as it sits, making it more brittle and more likely to break. Soaking it in water overnight helps restore flexibility, which means less line breaking and less time spent stopping to reload.

💧 Toss your spool in a bucket of water tonight.
🌿 Go attack the yard tomorrow.

After all this rain, we suspect there are going to be a LOT of brushcutters getting a workout around St. Croix. 😂

If you've been looking for a mini excavator or skid steer, now is a good time to call us.

Our machines have been busy earning their keep on construction sites, with several out on long-term rentals for months. A few have finally made their way back home and are available to rent again.

Mini excavators and skid steers are ready for digging, grading, cleanup, landscaping, site work, and all the other jobs where a shovel suddenly seems like a terrible idea.

Availability can change quickly, so give us a call or stop in to reserve what you need.
