POLISHED CONCRETE OVERLAYS | Transform Your Existing Floors.
A beautiful floor doesn’t always require a complete tear-out.

At Coulter Designs, our decorative concrete coatings and polished overlay systems can transform existing concrete and suitable tile substrates into seamless, modern architectural surfaces with depth, character, and a refined finish.

Our concrete flooring solutions include:
▪️ Concrete overlays over existing floors — renew suitable tile and concrete substrates with a fresh, modern finish.
▪️ Cracked concrete repair — address cracks and surface imperfections with appropriate concrete repair and preparation systems.
▪️ Decorative concrete coatings — create distinctive finishes with natural variation, subtle movement, and custom character.
▪️ Polished concrete-look floors — achieve a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic that complements modern, industrial, and luxury interiors.
▪️ Custom architectural finishes — elevate residential and commercial spaces with thoughtfully designed concrete surfaces.
Whether you’re renovating an existing home, updating a commercial interior, or working on a custom architectural project, the right concrete overlay can bring new life to an existing surface without automatically requiring full floor replacement.
Every substrate is different. Proper evaluation, surface preparation, crack treatment, and system selection are essential for a durable, beautiful result.
Concrete is more than a building material. It’s a design opportunity.

Serving Michigan and Metro Detroit, including Oakland County, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Rochester, and Grosse Pointe.
