Hello to all our lovely customers and friends!

We have some wonderful news to share with you today!

PANZEROTTI.HN HAS GOT OUR VISAS TO ITALY! 🇮🇹❤️

After more than 5 years of making Panzerotti, Supplì, Orecchiette, Pici and Gnocco fritto with love, passion, curiosity and everything we’ve taught ourselves along the way, we are finally getting the chance to visit the home of the food we have been making and sharing with you.

For years, we’ve dreamed of experiencing Italian cuisine right at its source – tasting the authentic flavours, discovering the traditions behind each dish, and learning from the people who know these recipes best.

And now, that dream is finally coming true!

Before we pack our bags and set off on this exciting adventure, we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt THANK YOU. 🙏

Thank you to every customer who has walked through our doors, every friend who has supported us, and everyone who has been part of our little kitchen’s journey since 2020.

From our very first batches of homemade food to our cosy little space here in Chau Long, with just four tables and fifteen seats, your love and support have meant more to us than words can express.

Every familiar face, every returning customer, every kind compliment and every encouraging message has given us a reason to keep going, keep learning and keep cooking with love.

This trip is a little reward for the two sisters after more than 5 years of hard work, patience and dedication. But more importantly, it’s an opportunity for us to learn, explore and bring home new inspiration from the very place where these wonderful dishes originated.

We hope to return with new knowledge, fresh ideas and even more passion to make your experience at Panzerotti.hn better and more authentic.

A LITTLE BREAK FOR A BIG ADVENTURE!

To prepare for our first Italian learning adventure, please note our temporary closing schedule:

WE WILL REOPEN ON NOVEMBER 1, 2026!

Until October 11, our little kitchen in Chau Long will remain open as usual (except October 5,6 and 7).

So if you’ve been craving some freshly made Panzerotti, crispy Supplì or simply want to stop by before we leave, we’d absolutely love to see you!

Wish us luck on this special journey, and get ready for some Italian stories, inspiration and new flavours when we return.

We’re going back to where it all began. And we can’t wait to bring a little more of Italy back home to Chau Long! 🇮🇹❤️

"Dopo giorni di ottimo cibo vietnamita avevamo bisogno di un pò di sapori di casa e li abbiamo trovati in questo delizioso localino. La gentilissima proprietaria prepara al momento sia i panzerotti che le orecchiette. Il pesto fatto in casa era speciale. What has brought Panzerotti to where it is today?

Thanks to the guests who stop by our shop every day.
Thanks to the times we get to meet everyone at fairs.

People often ask us: “Are you still open? We haven’t seen any updates lately.”

We are still here open every day, still making the dishes we love most. ( Sometimes, it's good to be a little lazy and take a few days off.)

If you’ve tried our Panzerotti, you’ll remember the golden, crispy crust on the outside and the warm, comforting center inside, where melted cheese and rich tomato sauce come together in a simple but unforgettable bite that makes you want to come back again.

Supplì is a different kind of comfort. A small fried rice ball with a crunchy shell, but once you bite into it, the melted cheese stretches out warm, rich, and deeply satisfying, like a true Roman street snack.

Orecchiette is slower, more grounded. The little “ear-shaped” pasta holds onto every bit of sauce the sweetness of vegetables, the richness of meat, and the smoothness of olive oil. Simple, but full of depth.

And Pici… is all about craft. Thick, hand-rolled noodles with a chewy texture, humble in appearance but rich in character a dish born from patience and tradition.

We haven’t changed much. We’re still here, still cooking, still letting the food tell its own story.
