NHÀ BA MÁI | TỪ KÝ ỨC ĐẾN KIẾN TRÚC

Có những ký ức về mái nhà xưa vẫn luôn ở lại, trở thành nguồn cảm hứng để tạo nên một không gian sống mới.
Nhà Ba Mái bắt đầu từ mong muốn về một chốn bình yên giữa đại ngàn Tây Nguyên, nơi những hình ảnh thân thuộc của tuổi thơ được kể lại bằng ngôn ngữ kiến trúc. Ba hướng mái cùng quy tụ về một trung tâm, như những người con luôn hướng về mẹ - một hình ảnh giản dị nhưng mang ý nghĩa sâu sắc về tình thân và sự sum vầy.
Từ mái ngói đất nung, chất liệu gỗ mộc mạc đến sắc màu lấy cảm hứng từ đất đỏ bazan, mỗi chi tiết đều góp phần tạo nên sự giao thoa giữa ký ức, thiên nhiên và đời sống hiện tại.

Với OGCG, kiến trúc không chỉ là tạo nên một công trình, mà còn là cách lưu giữ những giá trị thân thuộc và trao cho chúng một hình hài mới.

Some memories of an old family home never fade. They remain with us, becoming the inspiration for a new place to call home.
Nha Ba Mai was born from the desire to create a peaceful retreat in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, where cherished childhood memories are reinterpreted through architecture. Three roof forms converge towards a shared centre, symbolising the enduring bond between a mother and her children - a simple yet meaningful expression of family, connection, and togetherness.

From terracotta roof tiles and natural wood textures to earthy tones inspired by the region’s red basalt soil, every detail contributes to a harmonious dialogue between memory, nature, and contemporary living.

For OGCG, architecture is not simply about creating a building. It is about preserving what matters and giving familiar values a new form.

Công trình tọa lạc tại 1 tỉnh Tây Nguyên , Lâm Đồng ( Đăk Nông cũ)
Sau nhiều năm chuyển về sinh sống tại khu đô thị sầm uất, hình bóng về một mái nhà bình yên trong tuổi thơ vẫn luôn là cái gì rất đẹp đó đọng lại sâu đậm trong tâm trí. Công trình ra đời xuất phát từ mong muốn xây dựng một chốn nghỉ dưỡng tĩnh lặng, riêng tư và gần gũi với thiên nhiên dành cho mẹ. Để tạo lập bầu không khí an yên trọn vẹn, khu đất được lựa chọn lùi sâu vào phía trong, tách biệt khỏi trục đường quốc lộ nhằm tạo 1 không gian kiến trúc nhà vườn rộng rãi, yên tĩnh và riêng tư

Với OGCG, một công trình không chỉ bắt đầu từ hình khối hay vật liệu, mà còn từ những câu chuyện và giá trị mà gia chủ mong muốn gìn giữ. Tại OGCG, chúng tôi không đơn thuần tái hiện những hình ảnh thân thuộc, mà chắt lọc giá trị từ ký ức, con người và điều kiện tự nhiên để chuyển hóa thành giải pháp kiến trúc phù hợp với từng gia đình.

Located in Vietnam’s Central Highlands, in Lam D**g Province (formerly part of Dak Nong Province), the project is inspired by the lasting memories of a peaceful childhood home.

After many years of living in a bustling urban environment, the memory of a tranquil home from childhood remains deeply cherished. The project was born from the desire to create a quiet, private retreat for the homeowner’s mother, where she can enjoy the serenity of nature and embrace a slower pace of life. To create a truly peaceful atmosphere, the site was carefully chosen further away from the main highway, allowing the residence to remain secluded from the surrounding bustle. This thoughtful approach creates a spacious garden home that offers tranquillity, privacy, and a harmonious connection with nature.

For OGCG, architecture begins not only with form and materials, but also with the stories and values that homeowners wish to preserve. We do more than recreate familiar images; we draw from memories, human connections and the natural environment, translating them into architectural solutions tailored to each family.

NỘI THẤT Ý – TỪ VĂN HÓA ĐẾN NGÔN NGỮ THIẾT KẾ

Văn hóa Ý không chỉ giới hạn trong các bảo tàng hay những công trình lịch sử. Nó vẫn sống động và hiện diện trong đời sống hàng ngày, qua cách con người kết hợp thời trang, sự thanh lịch, tay nghề thủ công và công nghệ.

Đó cũng là vai trò của thiết kế Ý trong bối cảnh quốc tế ngày nay: không chỉ tạo ra những không gian đẹp, mà còn truyền cảm hứng về một cách sống và cách nhìn nhận cái đẹp.

Tại Việt Nam, chúng ta bắt đầu bằng việc nghiên cứu cảnh quan, khí hậu và câu chuyện văn hóa. Không phải sao chép kiến trúc truyền thống, mà là chắt lọc vật liệu, màu sắc và kỹ thuật xây dựng bản địa, sau đó diễn giải lại bằng ngôn ngữ hiện đại.

In Vietnam, we begin by looking at the landscape, climate, and cultural context. The intention is not to replicate traditional architecture, but to draw from local materials, colours, and building techniques, and reinterpret them through a contemporary design language.

For OGCG, what matters is not bringing an entire Italian style into a living space, but understanding the design thinking behind it: how materials are selected, how function is resolved, and how proportions and details come together to create a sense of emotion. Mood Board - Quy trình thiết kế nâng tầm cảm giác

Mood Board không chỉ là bảng hình ảnh đẹp mắt, mà là bảng cảm hứng thể hiện ngôn ngữ thiết kế, giúp đội ngũ thiết kế thống nhất ngôn ngữ hình ảnh ngay từ đầu.

Ở mỗi dự án, chúng tôi luôn lấy cảm hứng từ giá trị cốt lõi mà khách hàng mong muốn hướng tới. Với Stella Global - đơn vị chuyên cung cấp và hoàn thiện vật liệu nội thất cao cấp nguồn gốc từ vật liệu tái chế từ các thương hiệu hàng đầu thế giới, triết lý kinh doanh của họ xoay quanh các giá trị Refinement (Tinh tế trong từng vật liệu) - Sustainability (Bền vững) và Well-being (Sự an lành cho người sử dụng).

Khi bước vào khu trưng bày, họ không chỉ nhìn thấy thảm, sàn, hay giấy dán tường; khách hàng sẽ được thấy, được chạm sản phẩm thực tế khi đến showroom hay tham gia event tại đây.

Không gian tầng 1, khu vực đón khách, chúng tôi sử dụng ốp sàn và giấy dán tường bằng toàn bộ vật liệu của Stella cung cấp. Đây cũng là không gian trưng bày các sản phẩm nổi bật của Stella. Chúng tôi đặt chính mình vào vị trí là nhà thiết kế, kiến trúc sư và khách hàng tiềm năng của Stella, để hiểu họ cần xem gì, sản phẩm đó sẽ như thế nào khi có ánh sáng và cảm nhận như thế nào khi chạm vào. Từ đó, chúng tôi triển khai những cảm giác đó, thành ngôn ngữ thiết kế trực quan.

Đó là lý do Mood Board luôn là một trong những bước quan trọng nhất trong quy trình thiết kế của chúng tôi.

Mood Board – Elevating the Design Experience

A Mood Board is more than a collection of beautiful images. It is a visual source of inspiration that communicates the design language and helps the entire design team establish a consistent visual direction from the very beginning.

For every project, we draw inspiration from the core values our clients want to embody. For Stella Global — a company specialising in supplying and finishing premium interior materials made from recycled materials, sourced from leading global brands — their business philosophy revolves around three key values: Refinement — sophistication in every material; Sustainability — a commitment to a more sustainable future; and Well-being — creating a sense of comfort and harmony for users.

With this in mind, Stella Global’s showroom goes beyond simply “displaying products.” It is a space where customers can experience the value behind each material. When entering the showroom, visitors do not simply see carpets, flooring or wallpaper; they can see and touch the actual materials, whether during a showroom visit or at an event held within the space.

For the first-floor reception area, we used flooring and wallpaper made entirely from materials supplied by Stella Global. This area also serves as a display space for some of Stella’s featured products. We put ourselves in the position of Stella’s designers, architects and potential customers to understand what they need to see, how each product will look under different lighting conditions, and how it will feel when experienced through touch. From there, we translate these sensory impressions into a clear and intuitive visual design language.

This is why the Mood Board remains one of the most important steps in our design process.
