Lake Side Villa
Drifting Through Ancient Waters, Carried by the Whispers of the Wind



Lake Side Villa is a conceptual architectural exploration inspired by the graceful movement of sailing boats across the lake and the subtle forces of nature that shape their sails.



Rooted in the relationship between wind, water, and landscape, the project explores how architecture can capture movement and translate it into a sculptural expression.



Envisioned as a conceptual façade transformation of an existing building, the proposal reinterprets its architectural identity through a series of fluid, sweeping forms inspired by the geometry of sails.



These elements wrap around the existing structure, creating a continuous composition that introduces movement, depth, and a dynamic interplay of light and shadow.





Their flowing silhouettes reflect the rhythm of the lake, while the contrast between the sculptural white surfaces and the rugged natural terrain strengthens the connection between architecture and its environment.



The overlapping forms extend across different levels, shaping terraces, framing views, and establishing a sense of openness toward the surrounding landscape.







Beyond the transformation of an existing façade, the project represents an exploration of architectural possibilities, where imagination and the surrounding landscape become the driving forces of design.



Lake Side Villa embodies a poetic dialogue between nature and architecture, translating the movement of sailing into an architectural gesture.

Hotel Denton

A carefully reimagined façade transforms an existing structure into a distinctive waterfront destination, giving the building a new architectural identity without altering its original structural framework.

The project began with an existing building positioned directly along the water, where the relationship between architecture, landscape, and public life offered significant potential.

The primary challenge was one of transformation within constraint: creating a strong contemporary identity while working with an already established volume, floor organization, and structural system.

The intervention needed to feel integral to the building rather than applied as a superficial new layer.

The architectural concept developed around rhythm, depth, repetition, and material continuity. A warm terracotta-toned envelope establishes a unified character across the existing volume, while projecting balconies, rounded edges, recessed openings, and integrated planters introduce a more sculptural expression.

The repetition of these elements creates a recognizable façade language while strengthening the relationship between the interior spaces and the surrounding environment.
Vegetation is incorporated throughout the elevation, softening the density of the façade and connecting the architecture with the surrounding landscape.

Transparent and colored elements introduce subtle variation within the material palette, allowing light, shadow, planting, and reflections to continuously change the appearance of the building throughout the day.

The interior intervention follows the same approach of renewal through materiality, atmosphere, and spatial experience.

HAB 20 explores collective living through the relationship between mass, void, and shared space. Rather than forming a singular monolithic object, the building is articulated into shifted and carved volumes that create terraces, recesses, and a more porous connection between architecture and landscape.

At its core, the first-floor communal terrace acts as an elevated urban courtyard — a shared threshold where landscape, circulation, pause, and social interaction come together. Continuous balconies extend this idea of inhabited thresholds, subtly recalling the spatial character of the traditional hajati through a contemporary architectural language.

The façade becomes a gradient between solid and void, private and collective, interior and exterior. Repetition creates order, while variations in depth, vegetation, material, and volume introduce human scale and identity.

At ground level, commercial activity, landscape, water, and pedestrian movement transform the plinth into an active urban interface. A restrained material palette provides a calm background, while red elements create moments of orientation and visual connection.

Ultimately, HAB 20 is an architecture of thresholds, deliberately blurring the boundaries between dwelling and landscape, individual and collective, building and city.

Defined by clean geometric volumes and a restrained material palette, the residence establishes a strong architectural presence while remaining deeply connected to its natural surroundings.

At the heart of the home, a central courtyard introduces daylight, greenery, and a sense of openness into the interior, while maintaining privacy and creating a peaceful retreat.

A defining element of the residence is the concept of infinity stairs. Rather than functioning solely as vertical circulation, the staircase becomes a continuous architectural path, unfolding through the different levels of the house and extending into the landscape.

At moments it is enclosed by architecture, while at others it opens toward the courtyard, terraces, and surrounding greenery, gradually dissolving the boundary between inside and outside.

Architecture has the ability to transform even the most technical products into meaningful spatial experiences. The Europipe showroom is conceived as an extension of the company’s identity, where the geometry, movement, and purpose of pipe systems become the foundation of the architectural language.

A sculptural suspended installation inspired by interconnected pipes defines the heart of the interior, expressing the ideas of continuity, precision, and endless flow.

Surrounding it, concentric illuminated ceilings, reflective stainless steel, textured concrete, flowing water, and integrated greenery create a sequence of spaces that are both immersive and functional.







Every element has been carefully composed to blur the boundary between product display and architecture.



Water features, interactive shower experiences, lounge areas, and exhibition zones are seamlessly woven into the spatial composition, allowing visitors to experience the brand through atmosphere, movement, and materiality rather than conventional retail presentation.







Ultimately, the project transcends the conventional showroom typology, becoming an architectural narrative of Europipe’s identity.



Through the seamless integration of form, materiality, water, and light, the interior transforms technical innovation into a memorable spatial experience that celebrates the harmony between innovation and design.

EUROPIPE

The building is characterized by a rhythmic composition of vertical pipe-inspired volumes that wrap the showroom, creating depth, movement, and a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. These elements reinterpret Europipe’s primary product into an architectural language, transforming the functional geometry of pipes into a distinctive identity that defines the building’s exterior expression.



Inspired by the fluidity and continuity of pipe systems, the suspended circular element becomes the defining feature of the interior space, transforming a functional product language into a powerful architectural gesture. Floating above the showroom, this element guides movement, creates a visual focal point, and reinforces the identity of the space by expressing the endless cycle of connection, flow, and continuity inherent in Europipe’s systems.



Extending this concept beyond the façade, the design explores the essential relationship between pipes and water. The continuous flow, connection, and movement that define the company’s core expertise. Inspired by the rhythm and fluidity of flowing water, a sculptural water installation introduces a calm and immersive experience within the space. The controlled movement and sound of water create a meditative atmosphere, transforming an everyday functional element into a sensory architectural moment.

The project becomes a three-dimensional representation of Europipe’s identity, where an everyday industrial element is reinterpreted into a contemporary architectural statement.



By extending the geometry of pipes from the façade into the interior and integrating the essence of water movement into the spatial experience, the building creates a memorable environment that expresses innovation, functionality, and the company’s commitment to quality.
