Water proofing, the trade no one sees, yet its the last line of defence. Stage 1 seal and test water stops. If they fail at this point, they are no use to you later, in years to come if tiles crack or grout fails for example.

If it doesn't stop the water, all it is, is a decorative trim.

The Mitsi is battling the elements, yet this place is heaven on earth. An absolute pleasure to work on a site with a professional Builder Gianni Lukzek from Stylemark Constructions.

This home looks amazing at the moment, i can only imagine how stunning it will be, once it is complete.

Our part is the waterproofing and one looks forward to work, with such a beautiful view.
