TFG Roadside Assistance is hiring professional, reliable 1099 Roadside Technicians to support drivers with jumpstarts, tire air‑ups, lockouts, fuel delivery, and safe passenger transport across Davenport and the Quad Cities.
🔥 What You’ll Do
Provide non‑towing roadside assistance
Perform jumpstarts, tire air‑ups, lockouts, and fuel delivery
Assist stranded passengers with safe transport when needed
Communicate arrival times and service updates
Represent TFG Roadside Assistance with professionalism
✔ Requirements (Mandatory – 1099 Contractor)
Valid Iowa driver’s license
Pass full MVR check (clean driving record)
Pass background check
Pass pre‑employment drug test
Valid Iowa DOT Medical Card
Ability to lift 20–40 lbs
Professional appearance (black uniform standard)
Ability to work independently and follow service protocols
🚚 Vehicle Requirements (Mandatory)
Own roadside assistance truck (pickup, SUV, or service vehicle)
Vehicle must be clean, reliable, and well‑maintained
Must have working heat/AC and no warning lights
Must pass a basic vehicle safety inspection
🛠 Tools & Equipment Requirements
Must own all roadside tools, including:
Jump pack
Tire inflator / air compressor
Lockout tools
Fuel cans
Safety cones / reflective gear
Must maintain tools in working condition
🛡 Insurance Requirements (Mandatory)
Personal auto insurance meeting Iowa liability minimums
Roadside/Service Liability Insurance covering:
Property damage
General liability
Accidental breakage
Passenger transport coverage
Proof of insurance required at onboarding

Basic mechanical knowledge
