They Called Us to Remove a Tree. We Even Finished Hanging the Christmas Lights!

Sometimes the smallest jobs make the biggest difference!

This homeowner was in the middle of decorating for Christmas when an overgrown tree got in the way.

It wasn't a major tree removal project, but it was more than the homeowner wanted to tackle.

That's where Fine Point Home Services came in.

We removed the tree, cleared the way, and even helped finish hanging the Christmas lights!

One phone call. Two problems solved.

That's what being a Small Job Specialist is all about. Sometimes you need a repair. Sometimes you need an extra set of hands. And sometimes you just need someone willing to help you finish what you started.

🔨 Not Every Project Fits the Job Description. And That's Okay!

One of the things I enjoy most about Fine Point Home Services is that no two projects have to be alike.

Recently, someone who already knew my willingness to tackle unusual projects reached out with an interesting challenge.

They had done a beautiful job refinishing the wood on an older coffee table but needed replacement marble-look inserts cut to fit. They had the vision and had already done most of the work. They just needed someone with the right tools and know-how to help finish it.

A little measuring, some careful cutting, and the project was complete!

That's what Fine Point is all about.

Sometimes you don't need a major renovation or a specialized contractor. You just need someone willing to take on that one tricky part.

Have an unfinished project, a small repair, or something a little outside the ordinary?

You might be surprised what we can help with!

🔨 **Sometimes the smallest jobs make the biggest difference.**

This homeowner needed a rotting porch post replaced to pass an occupancy inspection. Not a major renovation, but an important repair that needed attention.

That's exactly why I started **Fine Point Home Services** — to tackle the smaller projects homeowners have trouble finding someone to do.

Have a repair that's been sitting on your to-do list? I'd love to help.

🔨 INTRODUCING FINE POINT HOME SERVICES

A New Chapter. The Same Commitment to Doing Things Right.

After nearly 30 years as a teacher and school administrator, I've traded the schoolhouse for the workshop!

Throughout my career in education, I've always enjoyed working with my hands—building, repairing, and helping others tackle projects around their homes. What was once something I did on the side has now become my full-time focus in retirement.

That's why I've started Fine Point Home Services, proudly serving Oakville and surrounding neighborhoods.

My focus is simple: providing dependable, quality home services, with a special emphasis on the smaller jobs that often get overlooked.

Whether it's a door that won't close properly, a cabinet that needs repairing, shelves that need installing, furniture that needs assembling, or a list of little things you've been meaning to get done, I'd welcome the opportunity to help.

No Minimum Service Charge. No Job Too Small.

I believe in honest communication, fair pricing, showing up when I say I will, and treating your home with the same care I'd give my own.

After nearly three decades of serving families through education, I'm excited to continue serving my community in a new way.

If you have a project you've been putting off, give me a call or send me a message. I'd be happy to talk about it.
