CONCEPT DESIGN!!!

ATB were instructed to undertake a concept design for this lovely Victorian Coach House, in Burley, Leeds.

The client was looking at potential to convert the derelict building, into habitable use. We created a quaint 2 bedroom design, and utilised garage door shutters so that the building would maintain its historical aesthetic, but would remain secure.

This building had been subject to structural issues due to large trees in the park behind, where roots had pushed the structure to near fail!

Client came to ATB, looking to extend their detached bungalow, to create a new family space that spills out on to the garden!

After gaining planning in mid 2025, the build started in January 2026 and has progressed well!

Client came to ATB looking to future proof their home, by extending and making it fully accessible over the ground and first floor

This scheme adds a generous two-story side extension, an extension of the existing si gle storey rear extension, all alongside a new master-suite in the loft.

After a prolonged planning process, we got this passed in September 2025, and has just started on site!
