Five years of growing, learning, trimming, trying again… and finally, our bottled artichokes are ready for market!

At 18 Artichokes in Bethlehem, we believe the best things are worth waiting for.

These beauties are pure heart — no leafy bits! 💚 Each artichoke is carefully hand-trimmed by Johann himself and preserved in sunflower seed oil, ready to bring a little farm-grown goodness to your table.

Toss them into a salad, serve them on a cheeseboard, add them to pasta, or enjoy them straight from the jar. (We won’t judge if you sneak a few before supper!)

From almost translucent Irises to deep Prussian blue magic. 💙

Fabric prepped, flowers laid, glass on, sun doing its thing… and then the slow reveal.

My first proper scatter print, finally coming to life on the washing line. And because I couldn’t resist, a little glimpse of what’s to come.

One print at a time, a new Clarens Interiors collection is beginning to emerge.
