Our client requested we build a deck for his home consisting of a treated pine substructure with an exotic Balau upper deck. This project presented some challenges with its 18 support poles all mounted on concrete plinth's and misaligned walls. We started buy removing and existing deck then by casting all the plinth's and aligning and securing the substructure. We then secured all purlons and rafters to the poles. Then Myron and the team aligned and secured all the Balau decking using stainless steel decking screws. We'll done TeePee Maintenance team.

Our client requested we repair a damaged concrete wall! Leaking roof and repair paving that has developed a sink hole. Myron and Yanga repaired the roof, painted the water damaged ceiling. We then repaired the concrete wall. We lifted the paving. Reset and compacted the sabunga. Then relayed the paving block. We'll done Myron and Yanga. A good team effort and another happy customer.

Our client requested we repair a damaged roof. Myron and Yanga replaced the missing and damaged roof tiles. They also replaced a damaged barge board ensuring another happy client. Well done team TeePee

Some feedback on a school project. TeePee Maintenance team cleaning up after a good days work. We'll done Myron and team.

Myron and his team had a busy week, completing a high-pressure clean and paint of a client's roof. We discovered that part of the veranda was unsafe and took immediate action to secure it with jacking poles. Further investigation revealed areas of the roof that needed repair. The team removed the damaged veranda, sealed the areas requiring attention, and applied two coats of charcoal grey paint in line with the client's requirements. We also undertook repairs to guttering, downpipes, and painted the fascia boards and eaves. While the project is still a work-in-progress, the client is extremely pleased with the progress made. Congratulations to Myron and the team on their outstanding work.
