Your roof is the biggest painted surface on your property and the one you never actually look at.
It also takes more sun than any wall, all day, every day. Tiles go chalky and faded, paving picks up algae in the shaded corners, and by the time it bothers you enough to do something, you are looking at a bigger job.
Spring is the sensible window. The surface is dry after winter, the temperature is workable, and the coating has time to cure properly before the real summer heat arrives.
Prominent Paints Premium Roof and Paving is formulated for tile and paved surfaces, both of which take a beating that ordinary wall paint was never designed for.
Two things before you start:
✔ Clean the surface properly. Algae and lichen must come off, not get painted over
✔ Check for cracked or slipped tiles first. Paint is not a repair
