☕ Our Story – The Heart Behind Lizzy’s Coffee
Every cup of coffee has a story… and this is ours.
Lizzy’s Coffee began with a simple dream in 2022—to create a special place for our community. A place where you can pause, take a breath, and enjoy a moment (and a really good cup of coffee), whether you’re on the go or choosing to stay a little longer.
While the dream started in 2022, it took time, faith, and hard work to bring it to life—and in 2026, we finally opened our doors.
As a brother-and-sister team, building Lizzy’s has been a journey close to our hearts. Choosing a name was important, and in a quiet moment of reflection, the answer felt clear: “Your name is enough.”
The name Lizzy’s comes from Elizabeth. Its meaning—“God’s promise” and “God is my oath”—confirmed everything we felt. We were exactly where we were meant to be.
That promise is at the heart of everything we do.
* A promise to serve great coffee.
* A promise to create a welcoming space.
* A promise of quality and consistency.
* And a promise that when you walk through our doors, you’ll feel comfortable, valued, and at ease.
Today, Lizzy’s Coffee is your place to pause—whether it’s for your daily coffee, a catch-up with friends, or a quiet moment to yourself.
Thank you for being part of our story 💛
