SUSTAINAGILITY | PROJECT PROGRESS UPDATE

We’re pleased to share that another exciting project is officially underway, with our team commencing work last week at a national paint manufacturer in Gauteng.

Our installation team has already made excellent progress, working across both the administration building and operational plant as we begin transforming the existing lighting infrastructure.

We’re extremely pleased with the progress on site and with the performance of the new lighting system being achieved so far.

A few progress photos from the installation are attached, and we’ll continue to share updates as the project progresses.

Our focus remains on delivering a smooth, hassle-free installation with minimal disruption to the client’s operations, while ultimately providing a world-class, energy-efficient lighting solution designed to deliver measurable value and long-term performance.

Another project. Another step towards smarter, more sustainable energy use.

MULTIPLE PROJECTS CURRENTLY UNDERWAY ACROSS GAUTENG 💡

SustainAgility is currently involved in multiple lighting upgrade projects across the Gauteng region, helping businesses improve lighting efficiency, reduce energy consumption and modernise their facilities.

This particular project is being carried out at a prominent cigarette manufacturer in Gauteng.

The project has presented its fair share of challenges, but the progress is clear. With the rear section of the facility now nearing completion, and work continuing through the front section with many lighting points still to be converted, the transformation is well underway.

Most importantly, the client is extremely happy with the progress, the improved lighting performance and the measured energy reduction achieved so far.

Another project progressing well, and another step towards delivering smarter, more efficient lighting solutions.

SustainAgility — Energy Efficiency. Delivered. 💡🌱

🚨 THE DATE IS OFFICIAL. MONDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER — WE KICK OFF. 🚨

The final stages of preparation are underway, and we’re proud to announce that our new project officially moves into implementation on Monday.

💡 Lighting has been procured and will be shipped to site to ensure everything is ready for the start of installation.

With the design work firmly in place, our focus now shifts to refining the project plan and preparing for a focused, structured implementation from day one.

On Monday, we’ll be on site to complete the necessary induction, get our safety file signed off, and work through the implementation plan with our installation team in detail.

From design → procurement → planning → implementation, every stage has a purpose.

Now it’s time to put the plan into action. ⚡

We’re extremely proud of what we’re about to deliver and excited to see this project come to life.

Monday. 21 September.

Another exciting project secured in Johannesburg!

We're pleased to announce a new project in Industria West, Johannesburg for a major paint manufacturing facility.

The project includes the installation of advanced intelligent programmable motion-control high-bay lighting, specialised explosion-proof Zone 1 and Zone 2 lighting systems, a complete lighting upgrade of the facility's administration block and solar-powered perimeter and security floodlighting throughout the site.

This integrated solution has been carefully designed to deliver significant improvements in energy efficiency, operational performance, site security, and workplace illumination, ensuring that light is available where and when it is needed most. The combination of intelligent lighting controls, hazardous-area certified luminaires and renewable energy powered security lighting will help create a safer, more productive and more sustainable operating environment.

The solar floodlighting installation will further reduce the facility's reliance on grid power while enhancing perimeter visibility and security, supporting the client's long term sustainability and energy resilience objectives.

We look forward to partnering with the client to modernise their facility and implement a future focused lighting solution that delivers measurable operational and environmental benefits.
