Ever sit down for therapy and think, “I actually have nothing to talk about”? 🌿

That’s okay. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly organized list of problems or a breakthrough waiting to happen.

Sometimes, the most useful conversations start with exactly that: “I don’t know what to talk about.”

What does a healthy boundary look like for you? 🌿

Sometimes setting a boundary means saying no. Sometimes it means asking for space, communicating a need, or choosing what feels right for you. 🤍

Boundaries aren’t about pushing people away. They’re about creating healthier, more respectful relationships with ourselves and others.

And remember: feeling uncomfortable when you set a boundary doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong. ✨

Resilience doesn’t always look like pushing through. Sometimes, it looks like asking for help, taking things one day at a time, or simply continuing to show up. 🌿

In this reel, Katy talks about resilience and the things she’s learned from the people she works with. She shares how inspired she is by the strength, honesty, and courage her clients bring into the therapy room.

A reminder that resilience can take many forms, and you don’t have to navigate everything on your own.

What does regulation mean to you? 🌿

As part of our “What We Mean When We Say:” series, we’re exploring some of the words we hear often in conversations about mental health.

Regulation isn’t about being calm all the time. It’s about learning to notice what your body and nervous system are communicating, and finding ways to support yourself through whatever you’re experiencing. 🧠🤍

Sometimes regulation looks like a deep breath. Sometimes it looks like movement, connection, rest, or simply giving yourself a little more space. ✨

There’s no perfect way to regulate. There’s just what helps you feel a little more supported in the moment. 🌱

One of the most meaningful parts of therapy is the connection that happens in the room. 🌿

For Aniket, it’s the opportunity to slow down with someone, get curious about what they’re experiencing, and explore the questions that matter.

Sometimes, a helpful place to begin is: What is life asking of you in this moment?

Good therapy leaves room for curiosity. 🌿

Every person brings their own experiences, perspectives, and ways of making sense of the world. Staying curious means listening without assumptions and remaining open to learning from the person sitting across from you.

Because therapy isn’t just about having answers. Sometimes, it’s about asking better questions.

What makes us so similar, even when our lives look completely different?

Nick talks about the humanistic approach to therapy, and the shared experiences that connect us as people: the need to feel understood, loved, valued, and accepted. 🌿

What does the word “trigger” mean to you? ⚡

As part of our “What We Mean When We Say:” series, we’re taking a closer look at some of the mental health language we hear often, and what these words can actually mean in our everyday lives. 🌿

Being triggered is not the same as being “too sensitive” or overreacting. Sometimes our nervous system responds to something before we’ve even had a chance to understand why. 🧠

Learning to recognize your triggers can create space for curiosity, compassion, and choice. 🤍

You don’t have to judge your response. You can start by asking, “What is this reaction trying to tell me?” ✨

Sometimes, the answers we’re looking for aren’t something we need to find outside of ourselves. 🌿

Therapy can offer a space to slow down, get curious, and listen to what’s already there. Not to tell you what to do, but to help you uncover what you already know.

Good therapy makes space for the whole picture. 🌿

The parts of you that feel confident, the parts that feel uncertain, the things you’re proud of, and the things you’re still figuring out.

You don’t have to edit yourself to be worthy of support.
