🌸Gerberatelers bundelen krachten voor automatisering🌸
Vijftien Nederlandse gerberatelers, waaronder Holstein Flowers, hebben hun krachten gebundeld in de nieuwe coöperatie Gerbera Tech Collective. Samen vertegenwoordigen wij circa 115 hectare gerberateelt.

✨ THE BACK STAIRCASE ✨

A celebration of colour, movement and the beauty found in unexpected spaces.

Tucked away from the grander rooms of Hodsock Priory, this staircase tells a different story. Once part of the everyday movement of the house, these quieter passages connected the spaces where daily life unfolded, away from the more formal surroundings.

For Rooted in History, Tina Aram transformed this transitional space into a vibrant celebration of contemporary floral art, bringing fresh energy and creativity to an often-overlooked part of the building.

At the heart of the installation are the extraordinary Gerbera from Holstein Flowers , a Dutch grower renowned for its remarkable range of varieties, colours and distinctive flower forms.

With their bold shapes, expressive petals and striking colours, Gerbera bring a playful contrast to the historic architecture. The flowers become more than decoration, drawing the eye through the staircase and encouraging visitors to discover beauty in a space they might otherwise simply pass through.

It’s this contrast between old and new, the everyday and the extraordinary, that makes the installation so engaging. A reminder that even the quieter corners of a historic house have stories to tell.

A wonderful celebration of the incredible diversity of Gerbera, showing just how expressive this familiar flower can become in contemporary floral design.
