3rd door at this property got the Steadfast treatment.
Vintage reclaimed door has some seam cracking that got epoxy filler. Repainted with 3 coats of Benjamin Moore Aura. Then we added a custom awning to protect from the elements. Metal color and style to match other features on this property.

You may have to pay close attention to this one. This is a salvaged door that was installed a few years back.

We arrived to splitting seams, poorly color matched nail holes, trim falling off. The entire door had a very poor varnish coat on it. Overall the door just looked like it was waiting for paint or to be completed.

The owner wanted the raw look but to make it look more finished.
We colormatched caulk, putty, and wood filler every hole, crack, and seam. Trimmed the door from hitting. Adjusted the closure. Applied 2 coats of a tinted water based clear to add just a touch of warmth to the door.

Most people would never notice this type work. Attention to detail is a quality that Steadfast takes pride in and so do our clients.

Was asked the other day if only do door replacements and restoration? Nope. We are still a full service residential maintenance and handyman company. Mostly large multi item punch-list and repairs.

Today was changing and adjusting drawer glides, assembling IKEA storage, and hanging some artwork.
