Pink Muhly Grass is my favorite ornamental grass famous for its large, cotton-candy-like pink flower clouds that appear in the fall. It looks magical in person, and its blooms remind me of sparkling pink fireworks 🎆🎆🎆

I have subtropical and tropical favorites that I have kept for years by keeping them in our garage during the winter. Our unheated (insulated) garage has never gotten below 44 degrees, so it works very well. I also keep aloe and jade plants happily in the garage during the winter months.

It is a huge treat to pick fresh lemons from our tree 🍋🍋🍋

Sea Foam camellia (japonica) is an evergreen flowering shrub. Her blooms are perfection and remind me of water lilies.
