Not all leaks leave puddles.

Sometimes it’s:
• A higher water bill
• Musty smells
• Soft flooring
• Mold near baseboards

Water travels before it shows itself. If something seems unusual, it’s worth investigating.

Low pressure? High pressure? Both can cause issues.

Low pressure is frustrating.
High pressure quietly destroys fixtures, valves, and water heaters over time.

That’s why pressure regulation matters more than most people realize.

Just a quick heads up — I’ll be out of town this week due to family matters.

I won’t be scheduling service calls during that time, but normal operations will resume Monday the 23rd.

I appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you’ve reached out and haven’t heard back right away, I’ll respond as soon as I’m back.

Thank you for supporting a small, local business — it truly means a lot.

One thing I believe strongly in: clear communication.

If something needs replaced, I’ll explain why.
If it can be repaired safely, I’ll say that too.

No pressure. Just facts so you can make the best decision for your home.

Almost done with this full gut renovation, just tying up loose ends!

Drain cleaners from the store might clear the symptom — but they don’t remove the buildup.

Hair, grease, soap residue, and scale accumulate gradually. Chemical cleaners can also damage older piping over time.

If you’re dealing with recurring slow drains, there’s usually an underlying cause worth addressing properly.

There’s a big difference between “it works” and “it’s done right.”
Proper pitch on drains.
Secure pipe support.
Correct venting.
Pressure balanced systems.
Most of it gets covered up behind walls — but it matters long after the job is finished. My goal is always long-term reliability, not quick fixes.

Being a small business owner in this area means something to me. When you call, you’re not calling a call center — you’re calling someone who lives and works right here.

That accountability matters.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support local trades.

One of the most common things I see in plumbing is a small issue that got ignored just a little too long.

A slow drip under a sink.
A toilet that runs “once in a while.”
A water heater making noise but still working.

Most homeowners aren’t trying to neglect anything — life just gets busy. But plumbing systems don’t really pause. Small wear turns into water damage fast.

If something feels off, it usually is. Catching it early is almost always cheaper than fixing it after it fails.
