🌱 GROUNDSMAN, $22 to $26 per hour
No experience needed. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn the trade, we will train you on the job.

🧗 TREE CLIMBER, $30+ per hour
For experienced climbers. Pay depends on what you bring.
• Proven climbing and rigging experience
• Chainsaw and aerial saw proficiency
• Valid driver's license, CDL a plus

📈 There is a path here. Groundsman to climber to crew leader. Several of our best people started on the ground.
