Our own Mandy is nearly seven years clear from breast cancer. Seven years of being there for the people around her, and a quiet reminder of how much strength women carry every day. This October, we’re celebrating her, and every woman who has faced this same fight. Womanhood holds so much. Survival is one of its most powerful parts.

Everyone fell in love with his room. She had something to say about that.

Her side of the house even comes with its own study. A lilac palette ties it together, with a canopy from and lampshades painted by hand. Light fixtures shaped like blooms and Lulie Wallace printed drapes finish the room.

Fringe, tassels, and a pleat in the right place.

Trim is having its moment again, though it never really left the D&D. A wall of tassels at Samuel & Sons in every color we could ask for. Navy tape on white slipcovers in the Brunschwig & Fils windows. A whole window of pleated shades.

Blueprints in the grass and stakes in the ground. On site in Nantucket, laying the foundation for an exciting new addition. Seeing the floor plan come off the page and into the landscape makes the timeline entirely worth the wait.
