Not every one of our projects starts with an empty lot.

This historic home featured in this article was built in 1936 and featured Spanish-style architecture, white stucco, a red tile roof, and plenty of outdoor living space. The original article gives a look at the home’s design and character when it was first built.

We’re proud to be trusted to restore and expand this historic home, adding a two-story primary suite, garage extension, and interior renovations that bring the original features of the home back to life.

The project will also include a new pool, privacy wall, and landscaping, giving the property a fresh new look while preserving its original character.

We love the opportunity to work on projects like this and bring new life to an existing home.
