The in-house powder coating process for blacked out finials… Dan’s got it down to a science.

Sandblasting to remove the coating and allow the powder to stick to the surface of the finial. A little electrostatic adhesion, a little heat, and BAM beautiful blacked out finials for your Phenix TL-2

Nothing jarring about this Monday except walking into Dan’s hardcore playlist before 8am.

Spencer finishing wallets, Dan teaching Ally how to make small fire service goods, Courtney configuring Phenix helmets, Lizzie counting inventory, Natalie getting in everyone’s face with the camera.
