Step inside and you would swear you walked into a private modern art pavilion, but believe it or not, this is just the garage.

Join our Lead Designer Anya Wu on this tour of ANSALDO, a stunning Southside detached residence featuring dual gardens, lateral poolside views, and layout flexibility that makes everyday living feel like a private retreat.

Sometimes the smartest architectural tricks are the ones hiding in plain sight.

A thoughtful balance of shared serenity and individual expression in the master suite at Jubilant Place.

To celebrate personal rituals without disrupting spatial harmony, we introduced a deliberate dual-color narrative: warm terracotta fluting frames a dedicated vanity nook, while deep slate blue grounds an ergonomic study counter on the opposite side. Instead of solid, light-blocking masonry, full-height clear glass partitions dissolve boundaries to let morning sunlight sweep effortlessly through the entire footprint, expanding visual depth while maintaining private retreat zones.

True luxury is when custom architecture intuitively accommodates two distinct lifestyles within a single, cohesive room.

When Father says “Classic” and Son says “Modern”… you don’t compromise. You design.

Step inside Heritage Reframed —a bespoke Hong Kong office for Tai Wai. Our Lead Designer Anya Wu and Nic Lo bridged two generations: honoring a father’s deep emotional connection to heritage textures, while answering a son’s vision for contemporary light and flow.

Instead of a clash, we found harmony. History and future, thoughtfully framed through rich timber, tactile marble, and bespoke curves.
